Joel Walker

I do deadpan, studiously structured observational material with a flavour of the abusrd, driven by a drily eloquent oddball persona. I was a runner up in the prestigious So You Think You're Funny? Competition last year, and have performed at many of the UK's major clubs. I'm applying to do an hour's split bill show with another comic, Heman Makwana, whose style contrasts nicely with my own - he's cheeky and personable, and writes gags that cut right to the substance of modern life.
