Last updated: April 2026 These terms and conditions apply to all ticket purchases and use of the Magna Presents Lincoln Laughs website at lincolnlaughs.co.uk, operated by Red Shoe Ents Ltd, company number 14946439, registered at 6 Cartwright Close, Dunham-On-Trent, Newark, England, NG22 0UN. By purchasing a ticket or using this website you agree to these terms. Tickets and booking All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except where a show is cancelled by the organiser. A booking fee applies to each ticket purchased. This fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. Your booking confirmation and QR code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your purchase. You are responsible for keeping your QR code secure. Each QR code is unique and single-use. Do not share your QR code with anyone else. Cancellations and changes If a show is cancelled by the organiser, all ticket holders will be contacted and a full refund of the ticket price will be issued automatically. The booking fee is non-refundable. If a comedian is unable to perform and is replaced by another act, your ticket remains valid for the replacement performance. A refund will not be offered in this circumstance. Show times and running orders are subject to change. We will endeavour to communicate any significant changes to ticket holders in advance but cannot guarantee this in all circumstances. Age restrictions Some shows at Magna Presents Lincoln Laughs are restricted to audience members aged 16 and over or 18 and over. The age guidance for each show is clearly displayed on the show listing. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure they meet the age requirement for any show they attend. Proof of age may be requested at the door. Entry will be refused to anyone who does not meet the age requirement, regardless of whether a ticket has been purchased. No refund will be issued in these circumstances. Photography and filming Photography and filming by audience members is not permitted during performances. This is to protect the performers and the experience of other audience members. Organisers and appointed photographers may capture content at events for promotional purposes. By attending you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of the audience. Ticket resale Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or offered for resale at a price above face value. Any ticket that has been resold may be cancelled without refund. Red Shoe Ents Ltd accepts no liability for tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers. Only tickets purchased directly through lincolnlaughs.co.uk are guaranteed valid. Liability Red Shoe Ents Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from a venue whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at any event except where caused by our negligence. Attendance at events is at your own risk. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
